Growing up, Saturday mornings were for cartoons, but the afternoons was for horror films. The local station, WOR, used to show a slew of bad B-movies and horror films every saturday and that is were my love of the genre began. For some odd reason, King Kong was on every Thanksgiving but the real treat was when Godzilla was aired, since it was somewhat infrequent.
This film was one of my first forays into Japanese popular culture and i have been a fan ever since. This illustration was created in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
